Playing music from an SD card

Just got my R-Line 4Motion a few weeks ago and its been really great, but Im having trouble playing music from an SD card. I drive through a mountain area with bad signal, so streaming is a pain in the ahh. I loaded music onto an SD card, but the car won't let me select it as a media source... even tried a second card with no luck. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hey there! My friend had the same problem with his R-Line 4Motion. Try making sure your SD card is FAT32 formatted and smaller than 32GB. Put your music files in MP3 or WAV format into the main folder. Also, see if your system software is up to date. That's what worked for him!
