Is there any upcoming update on the 2021 Arteon?

When is VW going to have another software update that'll affect We Connect mobile services? It's been a while since I last kept track of it I think around 2020 or something?Anyway, in case it comes up, what are we gonna do again? Pretty sure we need a restart but what then?

If they release a new update, you'll need to restart the infotainment system by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the screen goes all black and restarts. Then you'll need to log out and log in again and if the services are not syncing correctly re-pair your Arteon to the app.

As of right now, I don't think there has been any widespread official announcement from VW about an upcoming major software update.

anyway, updates for infotainment systems and connected services typically roll out in a couple of ways. first there's an OTA update which is for some features, smaller updates, and might push out automatically.
also there's a dealership update, which is larger, more critical updates usually require a visit to the dealership for installation
