New to volkswagen cars and just hit 5k miles on my '21 Volkswagen Arteon SEL Premium R-Line. im planning to do my first oil change. my car says to use 0w-30 oil but it's tough to find. what oil brands do you recommend and where can I get it?

Liqui Moly, Castrol Edge, and Mobil 1 all make great options that meet VW specs. If 0W-30 is hard to find, VW 502 00-approved 5W-30 is an acceptable alternative.
You can usually find it at AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, or NAPA, but if not, ECS Tuning, or even Amazon are good online sources.

Yh the OW30 is great, but hard to find, idk why. btw, I like to use the 5W30 for my arteon, it works great

Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30 is the specific one I recommend. Or honestly, just go to your local station and check their packages and find a fully synthetic oil for you.

any oil that meets the VW 502 00 specification is good enough for your arteon and they're not that difficult to find. Autozone, wallmart, you name it, you may even find it at your local liquor store
